Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in FEA Analysis, Abaqus, and ANSYS, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical aspects of projects related to Finite Element Analysis using software such as Abaqus and ANSYS. Your role will involve providing expertise in analyzing structural and mechanical systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of FEA projects. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts involved in fea projects2. Utilize abaqus and ansys software to conduct complex finite element analysis simulations3. Interpret analysis results and provide recommendations for design enhancements4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within the specified timelines5. Stay updated on industry advancements in fea analysis, abaqus, and ansys techniques6. Train and mentor junior team members in fea methodologies and best practicesSkill Requirements
1. Proficiency in finite element analysis (fea) methodologies2. Strong experience in utilizing abaqus and ansys software for simulation and analysis3. Knowledge of structural and mechanical engineering principles4. Ability to interpret analysis results and derive actionable insights5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical teamCertifications: Professional certification in FEA Analysis, Abaqus, or ANSYS is a plus
