Technical Lead Fullstack

You will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS. Your role will involve architecting and implementing microservices-based solutions to meet Kitchen365's requirements. Additionally, you will oversee database architecture and optimization using PostgreSQL and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code by managing the team's daily operations. Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements will be a key aspect of your job. You will also be expected to implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment while mentoring team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4+ years of experience with React, Node.js, and strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including database design and performance tuning. You should also have 3+ years of experience with Next.js and NestJS, as well as proven experience in microservices architecture and API gateway integrations. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS ECS is essential. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also required for this position.,
