Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate has deep experience across backend and frontend technologies, hands-on expertise in Python, .NET (core), Node.js, and extensive experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch. Prior experience in banking or e-commerce domains and DevOps is highly desirable. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical and team management skills in Agile/Scrum environments. What would a day in your life @ branchX look like? Our ideal Technical Lead will have: Technical Leadership Lead end-to-end architecture and development of full-stack applications. Own the technical roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features with high quality. Mentor and guide engineers on best practices, coding standards, and architecture. Perform code reviews, technical audits, and optimization tasks. Ensure security, scalability, and performance benchmarks are met. Full-Stack Development Backend: Hands-on coding and design using Python (Django), .NET Core, Node.js (Express/NestJS). Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js / Angular / Vue.js with modern UI/UX standards. API Development: RESTful and GraphQL API design and integration. Desirables: 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role. Proficiency in Python, .NET Core, and Node.js with clean, maintainable code practices. Strong experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch. Exposure to banking/fintech or e-commerce platforms is a major advantage. Experience with AWS services, cloud security, and cost optimization. Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence). Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge of event-driven architecture using Kafka/RabbitMQ. Experience with frontend performance optimization and SSR (Server-Side Rendering). Familiarity with domain-driven design, microservices, and serverless architecture.
