Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture, and implementation of full-stack solutions using
React.js, .NET Core
, and
SQL Server/AWS
.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee code quality, performance tuning, and adherence to best practices in software engineering.
Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, and QA teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Drive technical innovation, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Lead technical discussions, sprint planning, and estimation sessions within Agile development methodologies.

Strong proficiency in
