Technical Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Technical Lead Full Stack Developer at Mediaware Infotech Pvt Ltd, your role will involve leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end technical delivery for web applications using .NET and Angular stack. - Collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Designing system architecture, database structures, APIs, and front-end components. - Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code in C# and Angular. - Reviewing code, providing feedback, and enforcing best practices such as code quality, performance, and security. - Mentoring junior and mid-level developers to facilitate knowledge sharing and technical growth. - Managing and contributing to Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Continuously evaluating and improving technology choices and development practices. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production and non-production environments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 6+ years of full stack development experience, including leadership or team lead roles. - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, Entity Framework, and Web API development. - Expertise in Angular 10+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks. - Solid understanding of RESTful services, Microservices architecture, and API design. - Experience with SQL Server, database design, and optimization. - Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and version control (Git). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Understanding of front-end unit testing (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and back-end testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. - Exposure to other JavaScript frameworks or libraries is a plus (e.g., React, Node.js).,
