Technical Lead Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You are required to be a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Full Stack Developer joining the TMS (Transport Management System) Team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining Angular applications and Web APIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Additionally, you will identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, maintain code quality, organization, and automation. As a leader, you will also mentor the development team, provide guidance and support, work with Business Analysts and portfolio teams to gather requirements, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will play a key role in evaluating approaches for issues/requirements and implementing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Angular applications and Web APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Lead and mentor the development team, providing guidance and support. - Work with Business Analysts and/or portfolio teams to gather requirements. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Evaluate approaches for issues/requirements and work with the team to implement solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in .Net, Angular, and Oracle PL/SQL development. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have familiarity with Agile methodologies, experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Azure Functions.
