Technical Lead - Frontend

As a passionate technologist, you will lead client engagements and be responsible for delivering complex technical projects. Your role will involve architecting efficient and reusable front-end systems for complex web applications. You will develop rich front-end applications using the latest technology, work closely with design and UX teams, and research technical Front-End issues to enhance reusability, consistency, performance, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities: - Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems for complex web applications - Develop rich front-end applications using the latest technology - Define development best practices and apply them in a large distributed development team - Work closely with design and UX teams - Research technical Front-End issues and provide recommendations - Build reusable UI component code and libraries - Collaborate with product manager/owner to understand requirements - Optimize application for speed and scalability - Work on POC projects to integrate and upgrade existing applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Create and execute UI unit test cases - Participate in planning activities and provide accurate story estimates Qualifications: - 8 years of UI development experience - 3 years of hands-on development experience with React, JavaScript (ES6), and Redux - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and JavaScript Object Model - Experience with CSS, HTML5, OO, React/Angular/Vue - Knowledge of D3, FusionCharts, NodeJS, Jasmine, and back-end technology is a plus - Ability to write code for responsive UI and implement common widgets like Tabular Grid, Pivot Grid, and Charts - Passion for writing clean, solid, readable code - Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals - Ability to collaborate with architects, designers, product managers, and software developers - Coaching and collaboration skills - Positive energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills (Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.),
