What You Will Need To Bring With You: (Experience & Education Required) 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience. 2+ years of experience working on multiple software engineering teams. 2+ years of experience leveraging AGILE/DEVOPS practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong decision-making, critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills. Extensive people and stakeholder management experience. Experience in leading and driving complex projects successfully to closure. Technically strong in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects. Proficient in UiPath, Python, and scripting languages.
