Job Description. Good understanding of IBM FileNet (P8 Content platform Engine) and 3-6 years of hands on experience. Good to have Experience in Customization of Content Navigator \u2013 Plugins and EDS. Knowledge in Dojo scripting. Good knowledge on ACCE and FDM /FEM release processes. Good knowledge on Case Manager with hands on experience on Work flow design, Page design, Security Design, Project Area, Script Adapter. Good to have Hands on experience on Case Manager Solution Release & Migration. Good Hands on experience in implementing a case manager solution end to end (ICM 5.2+). Should have worked in ICN, Workplace XT. Development experience in workflow solutions using FileNet capabilities. Should have hands on in code module development, ICN plugin development, event handlers, sweep jobs, entry template and EDS, FileNet Java API (CE & PE). Must have worked with CE/PE Java API. Good to have knowledge about FileNet logging and monitoring. Good to have understanding of FileNet Database design(Oracle, SQL ). Preferred experience in Case Analyzer, application programming in Java/JEE. Good to have experience with Integration Patterns and Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture. Experience in systems analysis and design skills, including data modelling and integration design patterns is and added advantage. Good analytical skills, including the ability to understand business processes . Good knowledge in IBM Business Automation Workflow and designing workflows. Good hands on in monitoring and optimising FileNet performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Ability to troubleshoot system issues, workflow failures, and document processing errors. Ability to work with database teams to ensure efficient FileNet database performance (Oracle, SQL Server).
