Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Front-End development using React. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience in Back-End technologies such as Python or Node.js or .NET or Java (experience in Python is preferred). The role requires strong technical leadership, client-facing capabilities, and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and technical solutions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers. • Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization. • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development as needed. • Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews and technical oversight.

Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end development. • Strong expertise in React; working knowledge of Angular is an advantage. • Back-end experience in Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET (Python preferred). • If the candidate does not have experience in Python, they should be willing to learn it. • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern web architectures. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). • Strong leadership, communication, and client interaction skills. • Ability to manage and mentor teams while handling complex technical challenges. • Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to engage and manage client expectations.
