Technical IT & Hardware Executive

You will be responsible for providing on-site and remote IT support for hardware and networking issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment - Handling basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches - Maintaining and repairing hardware components as required - Supporting users during night operations to ensure smooth functioning of systems - Coordinating with the IT team for escalations and system updates - Maintaining logs of issues, resolutions, and system performance To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or hardware troubleshooting - Must have your own scooter/bike for site visits - Good understanding of computer hardware, networking basics, and troubleshooting - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, primarily night shift - Ability to handle field-related IT tasks independently - Good communication and problem-solving skills The company follows a 6 days working schedule with a 9-hour shift at the office.
