Job Description

Job Title: HSE Technical Reports to: HSE Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HSE Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance on HSE matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification to identify potential HSE risks. 2. Develop and implement HSE procedures and protocols. 3. Provide technical support and guidance on HSE matters to employees and contractors. 4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies. 5. Investigate incidents and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business operations. 7. Stay up-to-date with changes in HSE regulations and industry best practices. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE role. 3. Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA). 4. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
