Location: Mohali | Shift: Night Seeking a Technical Helpdesk Coordinator to provide expert troubleshooting via chat and remote access tools for US customers. Key Responsibilities: Guide users through fixes for routers, printers, antivirus issues. Remotely access systems to diagnose and repair issues. Offer premium service plans when necessary. Requirements: Good command of English (written + spoken). Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
