About Us: Vikas Kitchenware, part of the Vikas Rubbers group, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality kitchenware products. We're seeking an experienced Technical Head to lead our manufacturing operations and R&D. Job Description: As Technical Head, you'll oversee our manufacturing processes, ensure quality control, and drive innovation. You'll lead our R&D efforts to develop new products and improve existing ones. Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing Operations: Oversee production processes, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality products. R&D: Lead the development of new products and improvement of existing ones. Quality Control: Ensure quality control measures are in place to meet customer expectations. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production and R&D staff. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, R&D, or a related field, preferably in aluminum or steel stamped component manufacturing. - Experience in manufacturing aluminum kitchenware products is preferred. - BE, BTech, Diploma, or NTTF graduate in a relevant field (Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgy). - Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
