- Ensure smooth and efficient production with the best possible output across two shifts.
- Manage and motivate the team to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Oversee new product development
- make sure all products are delivered on time.
- Maintain the right balance of raw materials and finished goods to support production needs.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, keeping track of costs and resource use.
- Identify equipment requirements in advance to avoid delays or downtime.
- Plan the factorys growth and expansion to meet long-term business and operational goals.
- Retraining people to avoid retrenchment
