Role & responsibilities

Operation & Monitoring

Operate and monitor
Purified Water (PW)
and
Water for Injection (WFI)
generation and distribution systems.
Ensure compliance with
USP, EP, JP, WHO, and cGMP standards
for water quality (Conductivity, TOC, Microbial limits, Endotoxin levels).

Preventive Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance of
RO systems, EDI units, distillation plants, storage tanks, and distribution loops
.
Maintain temperature control (8085C for WFI loops) to prevent microbial growth.

Quality Assurance

Conduct sampling and testing for
pH, conductivity, TOC, microbial counts, endotoxins
.
Maintain documentation for
IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
and validation reports.

Compliance & Documentation

Prepare and update
SOPs
for water system operation and cleaning.
Ensure compliance with
FDA, EU GMP, and WHO guidelines
.

Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve issues related to
biofilm formation, scaling, fouling, and corrosion
in water systems.

Audit Support

Assist in internal and external audits related to water systems.
Maintain calibration and qualification records for instruments and equipment.
