Proficient in RS wall panel/Block casting and Installation techniques and execution. Strong working knowledge of concrete and geo-synthetic materials including: Geogrid Geotextile Geostrap Key Roles & Responsibilities Capable of labour management, including workforce planning, task allocation, and productivity monitoring. Responsible for site handling, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, safety compliance, and quality control. Ability to work collaboratively with Team Leaders and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Willingness to relocate across India based on project requirements. Oversee on-site execution, material usage, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. Provide technical input, assist in design documentation, and support field teams with troubleshooting and quality assurance. Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, material inventory, and labor attendance. Participate in client meetings, audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
