Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Site Engineer to join our team, capable of handling diverse geotechnical projects across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RS wall panel/Block casting and Installation, a solid understanding of geo-synthetic materials, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in RS wall construction or related fields.
• Willing to relocate PAN India as per project requirements and location.
• Proficient in RS wall panel/Block casting and Installation techniques and execution.
• Strong working knowledge of concrete and geo-synthetic materials including:
• Geogrid
• Geotextile
• Geostrap

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Capable of labour management, including workforce planning, task allocation, and productivity monitoring.
• Responsible for site handling, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Team Leaders and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Willingness to relocate across India based on project requirements.
• Oversee on-site execution, material usage, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Provide technical input, assist in design documentation, and support field teams with troubleshooting and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, material inventory, and labor attendance.
• Participate in client meetings, audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
