About the Role Officer Sales are a part of the Banks front-line sales force whose primary responsibility is to get new customers for the bank and explore new business opportunities. Officer Sales are responsible for selling banking and investment products and services to customers based on their needs. They are also responsible for handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a pure sales job and involves daily customer reach-outs & travelling Key Responsibilities Identify sales opportunities for both the Bank and third-party products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent. At least 2 years strong sales experience in the construction and building materials industry, preferably in scaffolding and shoring. Strong construction background and network. Good skill set to understand and diagnose customer specific requirements. Distinct project management skills, analytical thinking and outstanding organisation skills. Strong sales management skills including customer relationship, negotiation and project award. Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Fluent in written and spoken English. High willingness to and available to travel.
