Role Overview: You will be a Technical Expert in Cold Chain Refrigeration Foodtech Equipment Industry, based in Kochi with the option to work partly from home. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support and customer service, conducting research and development, and utilizing your strong analytical skills. You will be tasked with troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting product development, performing performance evaluations, and addressing technical inquiries from customers.
