Technical Executive

You will be responsible for coordinating and performing the installation of Onity locks, safes, minibars, and other products. This includes configuring both hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance. You will provide technical support both onsite and remotely to resolve any product issues that may arise. Routine maintenance will also be conducted by you to ensure the longevity of the products and to maintain client satisfaction. As the primary technical point of contact for hotel management, you will be involved in guiding them through the installation process and providing after-sales service support. You will also be responsible for training hotel staff on the correct usage of the installed products. Collaboration with the sales and service teams will be crucial to address client requirements effectively. Additionally, you will support the Technical Manager in planning and executing technical projects. This role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or a related technical field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, installation, or a similar role in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic and digital locking systems is essential, and familiarity with hotel room automation and in-room accessories is advantageous. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and performance bonuses along with yearly bonuses are part of the compensation package. The work location is in person.
