1. Experience on Siemens automation is requried. 2. Point 1 is important but if he has experience in other automation products too then would like to have further discussion. 3. Optional - Managing a team. 4. Hands on end-to-end experience of complete project execution and should have also worked on documentation. 5. Optional - Experience in using Jira or something similar softwares. Role Summary: 1. Front-Facing Client Communication & Project Ownership 2. Documentation Creation & Maintenance 3. Timely Project Delivery 4. Development Support 5. Customer Testing & FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) 6. SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) Sign-Off 7. Project Planning & Execution 8. Team Management & Coordination 9. Knowledge Documentation & Lessons Learned 10. Daily Scrums & MOM (Minutes of Meeting) 11. Team Support & Escalation
