Job Description

Contribute technical (and functional) knowledge and skills to the squad allowing the squad to turn user stories into working software to optimize business experience. As member of the squad, be responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance, security of the Products in scope of the Squad. Translate business requirements, in form of user stories, into IT solutions to optimize business experience. Analyse problems and makes sure that the problems are solved within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user. Proactively share knowledge and experiences in Guilds, with colleagues from own and other squad with a similar technical and / or functional focus. Collaborate with other agile team (squad) members to implement user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprints. Lives the Signify LEAN methodology Participate in the LEAN Program You are/have Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies: Master Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Economics, Mathematics or IT With at least 5 plus years of experience in the Marketing IT applications skills preference Magento / Adobe Commerce Business Process Expertise in the Digital Marketing Technical/Functional Competencies: Analytical skills Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology. IT savvy, adept at designing and implementing Fluent written and verbal English skills Good at communication and presentation skills. A team player Your team You will be a member of the Digital Consumer Key Challenges & Complexity Although your location is Signify Bangalore this is a global role. Your need to interact with IT and business stakeholders globally Signify has a different Market Groups and Divisions and Operates with different business models. You need to deal with a multitude of variants and complexities in Digital landscape You are required to also build-up knowledge on integration aspects with other components in your domain and outside your domain. eg Product Information Management (STEP), Web Content Management (AEM) You need to interact with Business Process Owner, Business Process Experts, Product Owners, Key Users and Business management on your projects and changes
