As a Technical Editor in the Operations Department at Content Whale, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising a team of freelance writers and editors. Your responsibilities will include conducting research on various topics, reviewing and editing article drafts for accuracy, clarity, and scientific rigour, ensuring all published content meets the highest standards, managing a busy workload with timely submissions, writing content pieces when required, optimizing content using SEO guidelines, and following the editorial calendar and in-house style guide. To excel in this role, we expect you to have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with experience in writing, content editing, and proofreading. You should have excellent command over spoken and written English, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Documents, clarity in thought, problem-solving attitude, and a team player mindset with leadership aspirations.
