Known for its "Dare to experiment" philosophy, the brand releases new apparel weekly to provide constant variety in women's denim wear. All garments are designed and manufactured in-house, and products are sold via direct-to-consumer channels and marketplaces. Freakins strives to ensure each piece reflects individuality and style while maintaining ultimate comfort.

Role Description

This is a full-time Technical Designer role, located on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Technical Designer will be responsible for developing and executing the technical specifications of garments, overseeing garment construction, managing fitting sessions, and collaborating on the pattern-making process. The role involves working closely with the design and production teams to ensure the highest quality and precision in garment design and production.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Design and Garment Construction
• Experience in Fitting sessions and Pattern Making
• Strong understanding of design and structural concepts in fashion, including Architecture in garment design
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and production
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in denim-specific design or construction is a plus
