Technical Delivery Lead

You will be joining 21K School, Asia's largest and most progressive online school, as a Technical Delivery Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, onboarding, and issue resolution processes. Your main focus will be on ensuring smooth execution of plans, tracking progress, and providing technical support to teams and users when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth execution of plans and delivery of features/systems. - Track progress, identify blockers, and work with the team to resolve them. - Use your software development background to understand solutions and guide the team. - Support onboarding of users and teams onto ERP and other systems. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for successful delivery. - Respond quickly to system issues raised by users or team members and coordinate fixes. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in software development, technical lead, or delivery lead roles. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Hands-on experience in delivery, onboarding, and technical support. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and MS Teams. Desired Attributes: - Execution mindset with the ability to get things done and own outcomes. - Hands-on leader with a strong customer/user orientation. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments. Education: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus.
