Technical DBA Manager

As a Technical DBA Manager at EWarriors Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the technical aspects of the database administration. Your primary focus will be on Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. You must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in this field to excel in this role. Your duties will include understanding customer requirements, planning project efforts, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to both customers and management. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders. Being self-motivated and capable of working in challenging environments is crucial for ensuring the stability of the DBA program. You will be expected to emphasize automation and have experience in managing teams across different locations, including India and the US. Your role will involve going the extra mile to meet project deadlines and deliverables promptly. You should also be proficient in risk planning and mitigation. Immediate joiners or those available to start within 15 days are preferred for this full-time position.
