Job Description

Adeeba e-Services is seeking individuals to join our team for the Inbound tech sales process. As a part of our team, you will be providing technical assistance to our US/AUS and Canadian customers round the clock with the support of our skilled technicians. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Outbound tech support within an international BPO environment. The selected candidates will enjoy a competitive salary package along with high incentives, which includes a fixed monthly salary paid on the 1st of every month, daily sales incentives, attendance incentives, and a loyalty bonus every year. Additionally, there is an opportunity for a monthly sales hike of 15% to 20%. Eligibility criteria include a minimum educational qualification of H.S/Any Grad. The shift timings are flexible with both UK and US shifts available, and a work schedule of 6 days a week with rotational offs. This position is based in Kolkata - Sector 5.
