Job Summary:

Technical Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

Research, write, and edit clear, concise, and accurate technical content for various platforms (blogs, knowledge base, product documentation, whitepapers, case studies, website content, etc.).
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and product managers to gather information and translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
Develop content strategies to align with business goals, SEO practices, and brand guidelines.
Create step-by-step guides, FAQs, and tutorials to help customers and internal teams.
Ensure all content adheres to style guidelines, tone, and technical accuracy.
Update and maintain existing documentation and content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Work closely with the design team to create visuals, infographics, and diagrams that enhance content.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor content strategies.
