Technical Content Writer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and informative content for Product guides, Product brochures, Product catalogues, and Product help documents. You will work closely with the product and customer service team to ensure product guide usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and technically accurate content for Product including user guides, how to videos, brochure, website content.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and reader-friendly content.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather necessary inputs.
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, style, and terminology across all deliverables.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high quality and error-free documentation.
• Work on updates and revisions of existing content as per product updates and feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines in all written materials.
• Assist with other content needs such as website copy, case studies, email campaigns, and presentations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in technical or marketing content writing, preferably in IT or product-based companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of technology, software products, and the ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and familiarity with tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, or other design software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
