Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Content Writer, located in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that aligns with CRAC Learning's mission and goals. Key tasks include developing content strategies, conducting in-depth research, writing technical articles, proofreading, and optimizing content for web platforms. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of the technical information provided in the content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Research
• Expertise in Proofreading and attention to detail
• Excellent command of written English and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly
• Ability to comprehend and simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and trends is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
