Technical Content & Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality technical documentation for technology domains such as Application Development, Modernization, GenAI, Cloud, DevOps, Product and Test Engineering, and Data Science.
• Create unique content for company branding, products, and services on the website , Social media pages .
• Write highly engaging blogs, customer success stories, whitepapers, and newsletters.
• Analyze customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy.
• Design and develop service-related information for various audiences (e.g., user guides, troubleshooting guides).
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
• Research project and blog topics by consulting with subject matter experts.
• Review and edit content for technical accuracy, grammar, and language.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Manage internal communications and support HR with employer branding initiatives.
• Develop and implement process-driven marketing strategies, monitor performance, and adjust plans for improvement.
• Track data, manage promotional materials, maintain databases, and prepare reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent marketing communication knowledge with creative and expressive writing abilities.
• Proficiency in SEO-focused content writing practices, including keywords and metatags.
• Ability to create professional yet engaging social media posts.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics.
• Knowledge of market segmentation, customer personas, and marketing processes.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PPC campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
