Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced L2 Technical Consultant to provide advanced technical support and solutions to our clients. This role involves diagnosing complex issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Troubleshooting
: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 support, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
System Configuration & Optimization
: Implement and optimize system configurations to meet client requirements, enhancing overall system performance.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
: Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
Client Interaction
: Engage with clients to understand their technical needs, provide updates on issue resolution, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
: Maintain detailed records of issues, solutions, and configurations; contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
Training & Mentorship
: Provide guidance and training to L1 support teams, enhancing their technical capabilities and knowledge.

Mandatory Skills: SAP BTP Integration Suite .
