Job Description

Duck Creek Policy Developer Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Policy Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Policy development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Duck Creek Policy solutions to meet the evolving needs of enhancement projects. This role requires deep knowledge of Duck Creek Policy architecture, configuration, and integration, along with a strong understanding of insurance domain workflows and business processes. Key Responsibilities:

Policy Configuration & Development:

Design and develop Duck Creek Policy solutions, including configuration of policy templates, rules, workflows, and data models.

Implement enhancements and customizations to Duck Creek Policy components based on business requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions within Duck Creek Policy.

Enhancement Project Execution:

Participate in Duck Creek enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery of policy-related configurations and customizations.

Develop and implement new features, including rating algorithms, underwriting rules, and policy lifecycle workflows.

Optimize existing policy configurations to improve performance and scalability.

Integration & Testing:

Integrate Duck Creek Policy solutions with other Duck Creek modules (Billing, Claims, etc.) and external systems.

Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of policy configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to policy configurations and integrations during testing phases.
