As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for providing technical support for product implementation and troubleshooting technical issues for various clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the technical implementation of products for different clients - Resolving tickets by debugging issues and providing solutions - Troubleshooting technical issues related to the Cloud UAT environment - Developing tools and utilities to assist in resolving technical issues - Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other technical documentation - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and enhance product quality - Staying updated with the latest product features and technologies through continuous learning - Providing accurate information about our products, services, policies, and procedures - Contributing to a team environment focused on achieving customer satisfaction goals To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in Java development/Java Support - Educational background in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/M.Sc/MCA/M.Tech from a reputed university Our ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving and debugging skills, is detail-oriented, and is motivated by achieving results. Additionally, experience in technically mentoring and guiding new team members is preferred.
