Technical Consultant

As a Technical Support Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and test environment support for multiple account implementations of Highradius and Partner projects for O2C products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support for product implementations for various clients - Resolving tickets by debugging issues and providing solutions - Troubleshooting technical issues related to Cloud UAT environment - Developing tools and utilities to aid in reducing technical issues - Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and enhance product quality - Staying updated with the latest product features, updates, and technologies through continuous learning - Offering accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures - Contributing to a team environment focused on achieving customer satisfaction goals The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - 3-5 years of Java development/ Java Support experience - Educational background in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/M.Sc/MCA/M.Tech (preferably from a top reputed university) Additionally, our company values strong problem-solving skills, excellent debugging abilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a results-driven attitude.
