Responsibilities

• Identify clients´ needs, suggest ideal incorporation into their topology, and organize integration with their systems.
• You will configure everything even for the largest networks - understand their depth, detect potential issues, project and implement the solution.
• Offer support after the service has been launched.
• You will cooperate with our Account Executive and Customer’s Excellence team, client's technical specialists, and other teams closely (Engineering, Product ).
• You will travel from time to time (once a month approx.) to the client's premises. You will learn and grow with us!

Requirements

• Understanding of

  Linux at an advanced administrator level

• Technical

  knowledge of internet protocols

  (practical experience with DNS protocol is an advantage).

• Communication and presentation

  skills.

• Solution-oriented

  mindset.

• Project Management

  skills.

• English and Hindi

  proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Network Security solutions
• Docker.
• Scripting (Python. Bash).
• REST APIs.
• Network administration (routing, switching, firewalls).
• DNS Resolver technology (Knot, Unbound, PowerDNS, etc.) .
