Experience: - 2-4 or more years in related responsibilities, depending on education level. Technical Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with SQL and Programming (C# or Java). - Knowledge of XML and JSON formats. - Willingness to learn and work as an HL7 Analyst/Data engineer. - Must have good communication skills. Responsibilities: Data Conversion and Interface: - Proficiency in interface or data conversion development tools. - Negotiate specifications and plans with customers/vendors. - Install software and interface definitions on servers. - Create and test plan templates to ensure functionality meets customer needs. - Provide interface and workflow solutions as per custom request procedures. - Development, deployment, and testing of configuration release packages. - Assist with parameterization and configuration for functionality delivery. - Offer technical assistance to other departments and provide 3rd level interface support. Technical Consultant: - Deliver hardware and system software technology to customers using standard procedures. - Provide technical support during implementation delivery process. - Advise clients on testing strategy and planning. - Install required software for Altera solutions. - Implement Altera solutions and 3rd party products as per project plan. - Develop technical documentation, train customers, and Altera staff. Qualifications: Academic and professional qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline), or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
