Job Description

You will be responsible for providing technical compliance support to regulators, operators, and suppliers within the gambling industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining a sound understanding of each assigned customer's needs and market position. - Handling incoming reviews and critical modifications, performing outgoing reviews and technical evaluations, bug or issue evaluations, and developing certification report disclosures. - Evaluating documentation related to submissions/testing and demonstrating a high level of understanding of gaming products. - Maintaining working knowledge of common industry technical standards and minimum internal controls for assigned jurisdictions. - Providing technical training and/or workshops to internal and external customers. - Participating in tradeshows and conferences, including speaking engagements. - Tracking current projects in JIRA and working with other departments on regulatory technical questions and issues. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a similar field is required. - Minimum of 5 years of experience with gaming device hardware and software testing. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, and exercise sound judgment. - High attention to quality, details, and correctness. - A valid driver's license and passport. Please note that this is a full-time, in-person position based out of the Noida, India office with a normal schedule of Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Travel up to 30%, including occasionally with short notice, may be required. Additionally, if requested by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) to obtain a gaming license, your continued employment may be contingent on your ability to obtain that gaming license.,
