Technical Compliance Engineer

You have an exciting opportunity to join Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) as a Technical Compliance Engineer. As part of the team, you will provide technical compliance support to regulators, operators, and suppliers within the gambling industry. Your role will involve consulting with customers to solve their problems and provide sustainable value. You will represent the brand and business of GLI and contribute to business development by building and maintaining relationships with regulators and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer service and support to regulators, operators, and suppliers in the gambling industry. - Develop and maintain a sound understanding of customers" needs and market position. - Handle sales activities from lead generation to contract signing and post-service follow-ups. - Evaluate submission files, identify regulatory concerns, and provide determinations. - Review and evaluate documentation related to submissions/testing. - Maintain knowledge of industry technical standards and internal controls for assigned jurisdictions. - Conduct reviews from a regulatory compliance perspective on new verification utilities and procedures. - Provide technical training and workshops to internal and external customers. - Track current projects in JIRA and participate in tradeshows and conferences as assigned. - Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Required: - Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming device hardware and software testing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team, handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, and exercise sound judgment. - Attention to quality, details, and correctness. - Valid driver's license and passport. Location: Noida, India office Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Travel: Up to 30%, occasionally with short notice Please note that as an employee of Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), you may be required to obtain a gaming license within one or more gaming jurisdictions.
