Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Customer Services (CS) team, specifically in the Care (CAR) subfamily, at Nokia. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for NOKIA 1830 PSS (OTN) products and ensure the highest satisfaction level of the customer through the SLA (Service Level Agreement). You will diagnose and solve customer problems remotely and coordinate with product experts when necessary. Additionally, you will be involved in the analysis, diagnosis, and neutralization of problem reports in the customer's network. Your role will also include reproducing customer problems in a lab environment, creating technical documents and guidelines, and developing competencies on products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for NOKIA 1830 PSS (OTN) products - Guarantee customer satisfaction through SLA compliance - Diagnose and solve customer problems remotely - Coordinate with product experts when necessary - Analyze, diagnose, and neutralize problem reports in the customer's network - Reproduce customer problems in a lab environment if needed - Create technical documents and guidelines - Develop competencies on products and solutions Qualifications Required: - University degree in Electronics, computer engineering, or equivalent, majoring in electronics or IT - Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Creative, resourceful, assertive, with a customer-first attitude - Knowledge of DWDM / OTN and GMPLS - Willing to participate in 24x7 on-duty service on a rotational basis - 1-2 years of experience in EoSDH and basic LAN/WAN/Networking concepts - Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Perl scripting, and VBA macros preferable Additional Details (if present): Nokia's Network Infrastructure group plays a crucial role in bringing more and faster network capacity to people worldwide.
