Technical & Business Operations Agent

As a Customer Service Representative at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in serving as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests from end-users. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound/outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently. - Addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and clarity. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Following communication scripts and guidelines as provided. - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. - Meeting performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. - Staying updated on product/service knowledge and process changes. - Adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy norms. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. - 1-3 years of experience in a voice process (BPO/KPO/Customer Service preferred). - Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable). - Strong listening skills and ability to handle pressure. - Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office). - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required.
