Technical Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Cybersecurity UAM team at Macquarie on a fixed term arrangement for 12 months, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organisation-wide transformation objectives. You will be instrumental in steering the organisation towards utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ for automating access management processes for joiners, movers, and leavers. Your responsibilities will include provisioning access efficiently and implementing mechanisms to enforce access governance across the entire technology stack to reduce risks. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders from various areas to achieve organisation-wide transformation objectives. - Implement SailPoint IdentityIQ for automating access management processes for joiners, movers, and leavers. - Provision access efficiently and enforce access governance across the technology stack to reduce risks. Qualifications Required: - 4-9 years of experience, including 2-4 years in Cybersecurity IAM data processing and transformation. - Essential experience in Identity & Access Management. - Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies and domains to drive outcomes. - Proficiency in effective risk management, issue escalation, and operational robustness improvement. - Understanding of the Identity Governance lifecycle; beneficial experience with automation, scripting (VBA, Macros), and tools like SailPoint IIQ.
