Technical Business Analyst- Immediate Joiners Preferred

A Business Analyst will work in a hybrid role that will bridge the gap between the business and development teams. You will work to specify requirements and functionality with the business team.
Immediate joiners from Bangalore will be preferred.

Job Description:
Create and analyze user stories / scenarios Create requirements specification document by gathering requirements from the business group. Prioritize product \ development backlogWrite proper acceptance criteriaCollaborate with the Development group to create a Functional Specification (FS) documentWrite Test Cases to ensure that it incorporates requirements from the business requirements, and includes tests or test steps that explicitly address each identified user requirementEnsure developers adhere to business requirements and UI design specificationsDefine and document test strategy and test plansRefine and execute test conditions.Communicate needed changes to development teamCreate training and support programs as neededPrioritizes multiple tasks effectively; may be responsible for assigning project tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
4+ Years of experience in Business Analysis and/or testing systems background.Good technical and business writing skillsKnowledge of best practices for user interface and user experience designNegotiation and customer management skillsStrong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAGILE training/experience.Excellent written, verbal & communication skills. Programming and / or IT background is an advantage.Previous experience working with US clients is an added plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline*Flexibility to work in US shifts*
