Job Description

As an Analyst at Salesforce, you will be part of the Quoting Rules team in the Product & Pricing Operations department. You will play a crucial role in crafting scalable solutions and processes alongside engineers and architects while engaging with various partners. Your responsibilities will involve translating business requirements into technical specifications, identifying process inefficiencies, and developing scripts to enhance operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of CPQ projects, understanding Product Lifecycle Management and Pricing Strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of work assignments within set timelines and quality standards. Your role will also involve supporting and maintaining CPQ infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, identifying areas for improvement in the product lifecycle, and automating manual tasks using scripting solutions. Excellent communication skills, decision-making abilities, and experience in Salesforce CPQ/Apttus CPQ are essential for this position. Proficiency in Python, Salesforce Agentforce, AI, or other automation scripting tools will be advantageous. As a qualified candidate, you should have a minimum of 3 years of technical and administrative experience in Salesforce Projects and at least 1 year of experience in CPQ system configuration. This position is based at the Hyderabad office and requires flexibility to support AMER hours.
