Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Technical Business Analyst is to ensure that complex business requirements are accurately translated into clear technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on enhancing business processes and systems. The role is pivotal in guiding project success through meticulous requirement analysis and effective communication with stakeholders. This position acts as a critical bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring that the correct business needs are transformed into technical specifications to drive system improvements and innovations.

Desired Skills and experience Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work effectively with substantial teams.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to apply analytical thinking for making informed decisions.
Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, proficient in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Skills:
Excellent understanding of the requirements gathering process (functional and non-functional )
Knowledge in capital markets and financial instruments (FX, FI, Swaps)
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
Agile project management methodologies.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA.
