Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Author/Technical Illustrator with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team on an immediate contract basis in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and tutorials.
Create detailed illustrations and diagrams to support technical content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent documentation.
Conduct research and interviews to gather information for documentation purposes.
Edit and review technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for technical writing.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or illustration.
Strong understanding of technical concepts, including software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in authoring and editing technical documents using tools like Robohelp, Snagit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to create high-quality illustrations and graphics using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
