Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain
Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM)
.
Author procedures, troubleshooting content, illustrations, and task descriptions as per Airbus specifications.
Review engineering source data (ECRs, SBs, Drawings, ICDs, WDM, MSD, IPC).
Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to AMM standards.
Perform
proofreading, cross-checking, and peer review
of content created by other authors.
Validate technical accuracy based on engineering inputs and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams and Airbus counterparts to resolve technical queries.
Ensure compliance with
Airbus authoring guidelines, ATA chapters, and S1000D
framework.
Maintain revision control and version accuracy in all manuals.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
AMM authoring fo
.
Knowledge of aircraft families:
A320 / A 320 / A-320, A330 / A 330 / A-330, A340, A350, A380
.
Good understanding of
ATA chapters (2080)
and maintenance practices.
Proficiency in
TechPub tools
such as:

Airbus ICY, ISDP, Arbortext Editor, Oxygen XML, PTC Windchill, Catia Viewer, etc.

Expertise in
proofreading, cross-checking, and peer reviewing
technical documents.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, SBs, AMMs, CMMs, TSMs.
Excellent written English, attention to detail, and error-free documentation.
