1. Work experience in working as Technical Author for Installation, Maintenance manuals, etc.


2. Working level Knowledge of Structured FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrate


3. Ability to analyse Engineering drawing, Change notes and other Engineering/Technical document.


4. Create/revise and publish technical content into Windchill using Content Management System(CMS).


5. Basic knowledge of Arbortext Editor, DITA, STE, Creo View and PTC Arbortext IsoDraw


6. Self-Review and Peer Review for Proof Copy and Final Copy


7. Coordinate with Peer Tech Writer, Illustrator, Project Lead and Onsite Lead


8. Record and release quality, delivery, and other project metrics/KPIs

Technical Writer

1. Gather and analyse technical information (ECN, BOM, Drawings, CAD, etc.)


2. Prepare and get approved markups/manuscript for content creation/revision into manuals.


3. Create/revise and publish technical content into Windchill using Arbor text Editor OR any Content Management System(CMS).


4. Self-Review and Peer Review for Proof Copy and Final Copy.


5. Manage topics, manuals, illustrations and reusable content into Windchill, Teamcenter OR any CMS.


6. Coordinate with Peer Tech Writer, Illustrator, Project Lead and Onsite Lead.


7. Record and release quality, delivery and other project metrics/KPIs.
