Laxmi Organic Industries Limited. We are looking for candidates interested for Technical Associate - Turbine for Dahej. Job Title: Tech Associate Turbine Department: Engineering Location: Dahej Site IV Job Purpose Maintaining normal & safe operation of the Back pressure Turbine and its auxiliaries Role and Responsibilities Strategic: Responsible for operation and maintenance activity of Turbine and its auxiliaries from DCS and as well field. Operational: Responsible for safe operation of turbine and its auxiliaries. He should be well versed with the field activities and as well DCS operation of Turbine and its auxiliaries. Cold, warm and hot start ups of the turbine. Must be well versed with Turbine protection and interlocks. He must maintain both the DCS and field operations of the turbine. Maintain all the operational parameters as per the OEM. Maintain and check the quality of steam and condensate. Maintain and check the quality of the Turbine oil as per OEM standards. Maintain the Housekeeping and equipment cleaning of his area. Coordinate with SI and Maintenance dept in carrying out the Turbine activities. Maintain the log as per the shift requirement. Coordinate with SI and Boiler DCS in safe operation of the Turbine. Should involve in the shutdown activities of the turbine and its auxiliaries. Should be well versed with all the safety, protection and interlocks of turbine. Ensure the Zero leakage of steam, water and oil. Coordinate with other colleagues for shift smooth operation Ensure the maximum safe power generation maintaining all the parameters within the operating range. Should operate the equipments as per the standard SOP only. Do not bypass the protection and interlocks. Should have the knowledge of Turbine heat rate and efficiency. Required Knowledge Awareness of consequences of departures from standard procedures QESH Education & Experience Essential: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience Essential: 6-8 yrs with Turbine field and DCS operation Preferred: Handled Siemens Back pressure turbine of 10 MW capacity Competencies / Skills Essential: Observation Communication skills Listening Teamwork Self-initiative.
